Back to Grasmere and Thorney How for the 20th Anniversary Wander.
Writing this after a gap of about four months, I can’t actually remember much about what we did beyond walking up Helvellyn on the Saturday. I do believe pubs were involved at some point though…
The weather was good if a bit grey for the most part, but we got good views, as you can see from the photographs, and some blue sky later on in the day. You can view the route for the walk here.
